Three Ways To Create Happy Customers

When I think of creating happy customers, I think about connecting with them in three ways;

You need to connect with their hands

You have to give them something they will find valuable. That enables them to do something that they could not do before.

You need to connect with their heads

You have to be easy to work with. It is NOT just about providing a tool or service it is about being easy to work with, about being accessible to them when they need you.

You need to connect with their hearts

Your customers are individuals who have their own desires, needs, attitudes, dreams, beliefs and values. When you can empathise with them on their level then you will have truly happy customers.
