Danger of Smoking in Cars

I am not sure how many smokers read this, but give some thought to these facts and statistics:

The concentration of carcinogenic toxins caused by smoking in cars is 11 times higher than in bars or pubs.

The worst place that you can smoke is in your car!

A UK Department of Health survey in 2012 found that more than one on five smokers would light up in front of their children in their homes and vehicles.

More than 20% of smokers in the UK expose their children to second hand smoke.

Children are more vulnerable to second hand smoke due to their higher breathing rate and less well developed airways, lungs and immune system.

Children suffer more than adults when exposed to second hand smoke.

Everyone has the right of choice. Let's make the right choices, if not for us than for our children.
